Peak Commercial Properties is an independently owned commercial real estate firm established in 2007 by president/owner, John Rodgers.  Their primary focus is brokerage services for commercial land and commercial buildings within El Paso County, Colorado.  Peak Commercial Properties, since inception, has consistently been a top producer in commercial real estate both in listing and sales volume.  With nearly 10 years of experience assisting investors, owner-users and financial institutions with their needs, Peak has become a cornerstone within the brokerage community.  The firm’s collective extensive knowledge and experience affords clients the opportunity to understand the market comprehensively.  Clients know that they will receive attention, creativity and results with Peak Commercial Properties.

In 2008, Mike joined Peak Commercial Properties and has been instrumental in helping the company expand into additional brokerage services to include office, retail and special use properties.

Dana Carr has worked in the accounting industry for over 25 years and assists the company with financial planning, financial analyses, bookkeeping, and property management functions.

Celeste has been with Peak Commercial Properties since establishment in 2007. She supports Peak in a variety of areas including designing marketing materials, conducting research for projects, property management services, and assistance with property listings.
