About John Rodgers
John Rodgers established Peak Commercial Properties in 2007, and since inception, John has consistently been one of the top producers in the industrial real estate market. John’s credentials have been further acknowledged by receiving both the CCIM & SIOR designations, which the industry considers the most illustrious and difficult designations to achieve. John also has experience and a keen understanding of managing the cyclical nature of commercial real estate. During the Great Recession, John thrived in the downturn by helping financial institutions work out problem loans and liquidate REO properties, as well as assisting astute financial investors in acquiring and redeveloping problem properties, accomplishing above-market returns.
In 2022, after almost twenty years in the industry, John decided to shift his focus to developing a team of professionals to lead the charge of Peak Commercial Property’s brokerage operations. Through training and developing the brokerage team, the Peak Brokerage Department continues to provide invaluable and top-performing services to Peak’s clients, furthering the legacy of the consultative approach to commercial real estate brokerage John started almost 20 years ago. In addition to these efforts, John continues to manage a partnership portfolio of commercial properties and still provides brokerage-related services to a select few clients.
John has served the community as a consistent member of the Rotary Club for almost 20 years and he supports a variety of charitable organizations with a particular emphasis on helping those in dire need, including a particular focus on displaced international refugees.
